MacEwan Village is practically a landmark in the Southwest area of Ellerslie in Edmonton as it can be seen first and foremost when entering the community from the North. Backing onto 111th street means residents are steps away from major bus routes that will have them to Century Park in minutes. It also puts your everyday grocery, pharmacy, banking, boutique shopping, gas stations, car washes, a registry, and a moderate selection of places to eat within a few minute walk. In fact, units in MacEwan typically receive a Walk Score in the mid 40’s.
We Are a Community
Our total property of 288 units across 8 acres of development are not simply living spaces in 4 buildings. For your reference, the buildings are: 616 (A Building), 622 (B Building), 630 (C Building), and 636 (D Building). The complex entrances can be found on McAllister Loop SW. We are next door neighbours who have made homes in the same micro-community. How we interact with one another, whether it’s face to face or by the lifestyles we have and others experience, is what creates the atmosphere of the property. The goal is for that atmosphere to be one of kindness, inclusivity and respect. We encourage all our residents to get to know their closet neighbours, be that up, down or side to side of their unit. We live in an amazing city within a prospering province; who knows who may be next door!
Renting Made Easy
If you’re interested in living in Macewan Village but there are no units listed online, there is still a good chance vacancies are available through the MacEwan rental pool. Our site manager at the rental office on-site (#120, A Building) will be able to advise on the availability of units that will meet your needs.
Each and every unit is paired with a heated, underground parking stall in our secure parkade. We appreciate there is often a need for an additional parking space for the other important people in your life, and rentable resident parking stalls both above and underground can be found with the assistance of our site manager.
